- What is “OZZI”? Have you noticed the black OZZI machine in the kitchen? It is part of a system to reduce consumption of food containers at Charley’s Place. In the future, everyone will have the opportunity to request a durable and reusable container when they purchase food in the cafeteria, which can then be returned to the dishwashing area or the OZZI machine for cleaning and reuse. The idea is to provide takeaway containers that are not disposable. Learn more.
